Britney says she’s been aware that ‘all eyes’ are on her now - just like in the center ring of a circus. She is releasing her seventh album now called ‘Circus’ to a lot of excitement and buzz. With this new album, her accomplishment is made that much more incredible considering how low she had sunk - personally and professionally - last year with her string of crazy tabloid exploits and the embarrassment of her train wreck performance on MTV’s “Video Music Awards.”

The monster hit “Womanizer” is only the beginning of a string of expected hits from this new album.

“The whole year has been a hell of a year for me. I have been working so hard on my album, but I didn’t know exactly where I stood with everyone. When I received the awards [at the Video Music Awards] and the audience stood for me, it showed me how much love is out there.”

Music, she says, has helped her recover.

“Recording this album has helped take my mind off certain things,” she tells the magazine. “For me, my music is therapy.”

Good Charlotte guitarist Billy Martin and his wife Linzi are expecting their first baby in just 9 weeks. The couple says the hardest part of the whole pregnancy is picking out just the right name.

“We start Lamaze classes after Thanksgiving and the Alice In Wonderland nursery is ready to go.”

They are keeping the sex of the baby a secret except from close family and friends.

Lyndsey Michelle Williamson was born on June 2, 1983 in Edmond, Oklahoma so her age is 25. ‘Linzi’ is the high school sweetheart of rocker-guitarist-husband Billy Martin, of the band Good Charlotte. They dated 8 years before getting married on March 1, 2008 in Malibu, California. The ceremony was officiated by a friend and Good Charlotte sound engineer, Gary Ferenchak.

Linzi is trained as a Hairstylist. She says has a thing for hair and tattoos (that figures!). She is a vegetarian just like her husband Billy and is supportive of PETA causes.

She and Billy Martin are expecting their first child in early February 2009.

Shelby Chong, wife of comedian Tommy Chong, appeared on the Cheech & Chong Roasted special that aired tonight on TBS. The show was filmed at Caesars Palace last Friday, November 21st and aired earlier this evening.

Brad Garrett served as host for the evening and included several celebrities who came to roast the duo - Tom Arnold, Geraldo Rivera, Rev. Al Sharpton, Penn & Teller, Steve Carell, Andy Dick and Wilmer Valderrama.

As a biography, Shelby Chong, nee Fiddis, was born on February 1, 1948, in Pacific Palisades, California, so her age is 60. She has been married to Tommy Chong since 1975. Together they had three children, Paris, Gilbran and Precious.

As a filmography, she has appeared in Cheech & Chong’s Next Movie, Nice Dreams, Tripwire, Far Out Man, Sandman and Best Buds, just to name a few. Well, it seems that Orlando Bloom is still available — sort of. There have been rumors circulating that he and his girlfriend, Miranda Kerr, are engaged. Not true! Read more about it below, see photos and a video.

It seems the Austrailian media is going nuts over the idea that the Pirates of the Caribbean star Orlando Bloom, who is 31, and Aussie Victoria’s Secret supermodel Miranda Kerr, who is 25, are engaged.

A representative for Miranda has knocked that rumor down though by saying this:

“The story … is completely false and misleading. Miranda herself has clearly stated she is not engaged. There is nothing else to be said.”

Well alrighty then. However, Orlando and Miranda are very much a couple and Miranda herself has talked openly about settling down someday and having kids.

“My ideal situation would be to live on a farm in a solar-powered house with a hammock and a vegetable patch. When this is all over, that’s where I’ll be.”

Sounds like a little ‘green’ love nest to me!

Thereza Bazar, British singer and one half of the duo Dollar, is back in the news for voicing her displeasure with ex-partner David Van Day. David is competing on the British reality tv show I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here. Thereza said:

“I hope that awful vain man swallows a worm and chokes on it.”

British-Canadian singer Thereza Bazar was born on May 23, 1957 in Toronto, Canada. Best known for being half of the pop duo Dollar, the 51 year old currently lives in Australia in an approximately $2 million home in Vaucluse, an Eastern suburb of Sydney.

Thereza Bazar started her singing career with the 1970s group Guys n’ Dolls. She met David Van Day during this time, who was also a member of the band. In 1977, Thereza and David formed their own duo, Dollar. Dollar was a success for David and Thereza through the late 80s, due in part to Thereza’s song-writing abilities.

When they formed Dollar, 17-year old Thereza Bazar and David were dating. In a recent interview, she said that she adored David and called him her first love. However, she says that his love of fame and drug addiction eventually put a wedge between them personally, and caused them to go their separate ways professionally.

In 1985, Thereza Bazar released her solo album, The Big Kiss. That same year, she recorded the theme song to the US film Gotcha! In 2000, former bandmate David Van Day convinced her to reunite, and she has been performing with him as Dollar on and off since.

Failing to recapture the fame she found with Dollar, Thereza Bazar moved to Australia in 1988. She eventually met Sydney barrister David Cowan, who she married and had two sons with. Recently divorced, she states she is “enjoying the single life,” and focuses her time on raising her two sons and teaching singing to children.

Widely regarded as a sex symbol in the 1960s, Yvette Mimieux was an actress who broke out onto the Hollywood scene in The Time Machine and Where the Boys Are.

Yvette Carmen Mimieux was born on January 8, 1942 in Los Angeles to a French father and Mexican mother. The 66 year old is 5′4″, 107 lbs, and her measurements are 34″-21.5″-35″.

Prior to signing with MGM in 1959, Yvette Mimieux was a model and beauty contest winner. In 1960, she starred in Where the Boys Are and The Time Machine. Some of her other movie credits include The Light in the Piazza, Diamond Head, and Toys in the Attic.

Her status as a sex symbol likely hindered her movie career, as she found serious roles difficult to find. Many of her movies after 1963 were critical and commercial failures, however she worked steadily in film and on tv through the mid 1980s.

Aside from being an actress, Yvette Mimieux is also an anthropologist and a real estate investor. She was married to film director Stanley Donen from 1972 to 1985. During this time, Yvette shifted her attention from her career to her husband, and also focused on her poetry, dancing, and other interests. She is currently married to Howard Ruby, who she wed in 1986. Ruby is a founding partner and current Chairman of R & B Enterprises (now known as Oakwood Worldwide). Ruby is also an award-winning environmentalist, thanks to his photography of polar bears. Yvette has no children.

Scott Disick is reportedly engaged to reality tv star Kourtney Kardashian. Kourtney can be seen on Keeping Up With the Kardashians on E! with her sisters Kim and Khole.

I couldn’t find a whole lot on Scott Disick. He grew up in Eastport, Long Island, NY. He attended the only private school in East Hampton, The Ross School. His parents had money they inherited from their parents, however they apparently liked to spend and their house was foreclosed on. He enjoyed snow boarding and roller skating (that’s an odd combination… who roller skates?), and is said to have had a half pipe in his backyard.

He has been dating Kourtney Kardashian, the oldest of the Kardashian girls, for some time. They were photographed together enjoying the sun of South Beach over New Years. Eric Winter is in the news as he and Without a Trace star Roselyn Sanchez wed Saturday at the San Cristobal fort in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Eva Longoria Parker was one of the 250 guests who witnessed the nuptials.

Winter asked for Sanchez’s hand in marriage last December while they were vacationing on the island of Vieques, just outside of Puerto Rico.

As a biography, Eric Winter was born on July 17, 1976 in La Mirada, California, so his age is 32. He attended UCLA, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.

He is a former male model, having appeared in a print campaign for Tommy Hilfiger. He was also featured in Britney spears’ Curious perfume TV commercial.

Winter is widely known as playing the part of Rex Brady on the NBC soap Days of Our Lives. He appeared on the show from July 2002 to July 2005.

After his stint at DOOL, he was featured in several television shows, including CSI, Charmed, Just Legal, Brothers & Sisters, Viva Laughlin and Moonlight.

Eric and Roselyn have been together for over two years, he was previously married to actress Allison Ford between 2001 and 2005.

Michael was also in the movies Sky High, Lords of Dogtown, Bondage, Black Irish, Man in the Chair, Snow Angels, The Final Season, and his most recent, The Forbidden Kingdom, in which he co-starring alongside Jackie Chan and Jet Li.

Michael has also appeared on television. In 2007, he played ‘Elliot,’ the son of ‘Jack McFarland’ on Will & Grace and had a re-occurring role on 24.

Michael’s favorite TV shows are Curb Your Enthusiasm, Seinfeld, and American Chopper. And he loves listening to Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Green Day, and rap. Some of Michael’s hobbies include playing sports, hanging with friends, playing his guitar, and going to the movies.

In 2008, Angarano was featured in Vanity Fair as one of Hollywood’s ‘New Wave’ young stars.

Michael currently lives in Los Angeles and is dating actress Kristen Stewart who co-starred with him in the movie Speak.

Duff Goldman, owner of Charm City Cakes, recently returned to his alma mater, UMBC, where he graduated in 1997, to speak during their Global Entrepreneurial Week. He spoke of why he thought chefs have such a prominence in popular culture now:

“Chefs are kind of sexy.”

As a biography, Jeffrey Adam “Duff” Goldman was born on December 17, 1974 in Detroit, Michigan. His parents divorced when he was 10 years old, and split his time between Virginia and Massachusetts.

He attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where he received his degree in East Asian History. . While attending school, he sought a job at the restaurant Charleston, but lacked the experience to be a cook, as noted by Head Chef Cindy Wolf. She gave him a break and offered him a job making biscuits and cornbread. He decided to attend the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in Napa Valley, California. This led to him getting a job at French Laundry. He moved on to Vail, Colorado, where he worked at the Vail Cascade Hotel.

His friend from college, Mary Alice Fallon, (who is also the bakery manager at Ace of Cakes) asked him to do a wedding cake for her brother, Neil Fallon. His cake got rave reviews, and it was a turning point in Goldman’s career. It was then that he realized he wanted to open his own business designing cakes. Thus, in 2000, Charm City Cakes was born. Word of mouth quickly spread about this cake designer extraordinaire that he soon landed his own show on the Food Network, Ace of Cakes.

Duff lives in Baltimore, Maryland. When he is not making cakes, he plays bass guitar in the band soihadto.
